How does shipping work at Passion for Penguins?
We work with multiple trusted Partners to bring you the best penguin products. Your items may ship separately and arrive at different times, each with their own shipping cost and delivery estimate shown at checkout.
Why do I see multiple shipping charges?
Each of our Partners sets their own delivery options and shipping rates. When you order products from different Partners, you'll see separate shipping costs for each partner at checkout. This ensures you get accurate delivery estimates for each item.
Will my items arrive at the same time?
Not necessarily. Since items may ship from different partner locations, they may arrive on different days. You'll receive separate tracking information for each shipment so you can monitor all your deliveries.
Can I combine shipping costs?
Shipping costs are set by each individual partner based on their location and shipping methods. While we can't combine these costs, we work hard to partner with those who offer competitive shipping rates.
How can I track my orders?
You'll receive tracking information for each shipment via email as soon as your items are dispatched. If you have multiple items from different Partners, you'll receive multiple tracking numbers.
